San Joaquin Lions Health/Vision Fair - April 10, 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Community Center for the Blind is partnering with the San Joaquin Lions Club to put on our annual health/vision fair. Get free health & vision screenings, learn about services and resources in our community. Here's to a healthy 2010!

SJ Lions 21st Annual Corned Beef & Cabbage Dinner - March 13, 2010, 4-7 p.m. The San Joaquin Lions Club is holding their 21st annual corned beef & cabbage dinner @ Community Center for the Blind on Sat., March 13, 4-7 p.m. Enjoy a home-style meal with us or get take-out. Stockton Stingrays Sweetheart Champagne Omelet Breakfast - Feb. 13, 9 a.m.-12 p.m. Treat your sweet and show your heart for blind athletes from the greater San Joaquin County area! Join us for a build-your-own omelet, champagne, juice & more--door prizes and raffles will add to the fun! Tickets are $10, get yours today!

Community Center for the Blind Yard Sale - Feb. 13, 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Shop our annual yard sale and support programs and services for the blind and visually impaired. Rent your own table for just $5 and join in the fun!

Pedaling Paths to Independence - Saturday, February 27.
A pre-season metric and quarter century bicycle ride to benefit the Center, ideal for tandem, recumbent, mountain, cruiser, single speed and fixed gear bikes. The event begins and ends at Linden Elementary School, 18100 East Front Street, Linden. Entry fees are $40.00 for the metric century, $35.00 for the quarter century. Fees increase by $5.00 per rider on the day of the event. Fee includes pastoral scenery, maps, route sheets, pre-ride technical support provided by The Bicycle Cafe - Lodi, California, support and gear (SAG) vehicles, great rest stops, and a scrumptious post ride meal catered by De Vinci's Delicatessen and Catering, Linden.
